Role & Functions of the Committee

  1. Feedback Framework Development: Design structured feedback mechanisms for students, teachers, alumni, parents, and stakeholders.
  2. Questionnaire Preparation: Develop, update, and standardize feedback forms for curriculum, teaching-learning, infrastructure, and support services.
  3. Schedule Planning: Decide periodicity of feedback collection—semester-wise/annual/event-specific.
  4. Data Collection: Conduct online/offline feedback surveys using Google Forms, college ERP, or printed forms.
  5. Data Verification: Ensure authenticity of responses and avoid duplication or incorrect entries.
  6. Data Analysis: Compile, tabulate, and statistically analyze feedback for actionable insights.
  7. Report Preparation: Prepare feedback summary reports for IQAC, departments, and management.
  8. Dissemination of Findings: Share results with respective departments for corrective actions and quality improvement.
  9. Action Taken Documentation: Maintain records of actions taken on feedback and follow-up improvements.
  10. Confidentiality Assurance: Ensure privacy and confidentiality of respondents’ information.
  11. Leadership & Guidance: Lead the committee in designing systematic and NAAC-compliant feedback processes.
  12. Approval of Feedback Tools: Approve questionnaires, survey formats, and evaluation frameworks.
  13. Coordination with IQAC: Align all feedback processes with IQAC quality assurance requirements.
  14. Supervision of Data Processes: Oversee collection, verification, and analysis of feedback data.
  15. Decision-Making: Identify key findings, recommend improvements, and guide action-taken plans.
  16. Reporting: Submit semester-wise/annual feedback analysis reports to Principal/IQAC/Management.
  17. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency by sharing summarized findings with stakeholders.
  18. Review Meetings: Conduct meetings to monitor progress and refine the feedback system annually.
  19. Form Preparation: Assist in designing and updating feedback questionnaires.
  20. Data Collection: Support in circulating feedback forms and motivating respondents.
  21. Technical Support: Manage online tools, Google forms, ERP modules, and data entry.
  22. Data Compilation: Help in tabulating responses and preparing analysis spreadsheets.
  23. Documentation: Maintain feedback data, reports, and action taken records systematically.
  24. Follow-Up: Communicate findings to respective departments for academic and administrative improvements.
  25. Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of feedback cycles as per the academic calendar.
