Role & Functions of the Committee

  1. Overall Leadership – Provides supervision and guidance for all activities organized under the Saptadhara initiative.
  2. Policy & Planning – Approves programs, schedules, and objectives in alignment with college and cultural/academic goals.
  3. Resource Allocation – Sanctions budget, infrastructure, and human resources required for Saptadhara events.
  4. Coordination – Ensures seamless coordination with departments, student representatives, and external resource persons.
  5. Monitoring & Review – Reviews implementation of programs and evaluates outcomes for improvement.
  6. Event Approval – Approves themes, sessions, workshops, and annual Saptadhara schedule.
  7. Documentation Oversight – Ensures maintenance of reports, photographs, attendance, and event evidence for records.
  8. Communication – Represents committee decisions to Principal, Management, and other stakeholders.
  9. Program Planning Support – Assist in designing and scheduling activities across the seven streams (academic, cultural, sports, social, environmental, spiritual, and career guidance).
  10. Logistics & Implementation – Organize venues, equipment, invitations, and arrangements for workshops and events.
  11. Student Engagement – Encourage participation, manage registrations, and coordinate student volunteers.
  12. Monitoring & Feedback – Observe program execution, ensure adherence to schedule, and collect feedback for improvement.
  13. Documentation Support – Maintain event records, photographs, reports, and attendance registers.
  14. Publicity & Awareness – Promote programs through posters, notices, social media, and announcements.
  15. Coordination with Resource Persons – Assist in inviting, briefing, and hosting external experts or guest speakers.
  16. Evaluation & Reporting – Help in preparing post-event reports and submitting recommendations to the Chairman.
