Role & Functions of the Committee
- Overall Supervision â Provides leadership and oversees the smooth functioning of the Student Service Centre.
- Policy & Guidelines â Approves services, initiatives, and programs for student support and welfare.
- Resource Allocation â Sanctions infrastructure, manpower, and financial support for effective operation.
- Monitoring & Review â Evaluates the performance of services, programs, and student satisfaction.
- Grievance Oversight â Receives escalated student complaints and ensures timely redressal.
- Coordination â Liaises with Principal, departments, committees, and external agencies for student-related services.
- Documentation & Reporting â Maintains oversight of records, service logs, and annual reports for audit and IQAC compliance.
- Program Approval â Authorizes workshops, counselling sessions, career guidance, and skill development initiatives.
- Student Support â Assist students in academic, career, and personal queries.
- Service Implementation â Conduct activities such as counselling, mentoring, workshops, and guidance sessions.
- Grievance Handling â Receive complaints, record details, and support resolution in coordination with Chairman.
- Information Dissemination â Provide updates about scholarships, job notifications, internships, and academic resources.
- Record Maintenance â Maintain registers, service logs, attendance, and activity reports.
- Coordination â Liaise with faculty, departments, and external experts for smooth service delivery.
- Awareness & Communication â Promote awareness of Student Service Centre facilities among students.
- Monitoring Feedback â Collect student feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Provide academic, career, and personal support to all students.
- Conduct counselling, skill development, and career guidance programs.
- Serve as a single-window facility for student queries and grievances.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for services provided.
- Facilitate student welfare schemes, scholarships, and internships.
- Ensure timely redressal of grievances and follow-up actions.
- Promote student engagement, participation, and empowerment through workshops and programs.
